Did you know that it’s possible to reverse diabetes?

There’s a lot that we’re not taught about the prevention and even reversal of diabetes, especially as women. That’s why I’ve recruited the help of an expert to take us through it in this episode of Midlife Rise + Thrive. Dr Lara May is here to teach you what your family doctor never did about diabetes. 

We’re discussing how diabetes affects you as a woman, what your hormones have to do with diabetes, and how to overcome the dismissal that women experience in medical treatment rooms.
