57: The Power of Vulnerability with Julie Blamphin

The Power of Vulnerability with Julie Blamphin

How often do you celebrate yourself and your wins?

This episode is an invitation for you to join us in celebrating you! We are all women going through life together and our experiences are worth celebrating.

Julie Blamphin is joining us to share what she’s learned about vulnerability and why it’s so important to share your story. You might think your story doesn’t matter but you’re so wrong, and Julie is here to tell you why. If you love connecting with others, having shared experiences, and talking about womanhood, this episode is for you.

Julie Blamphin is a yoga pro, speaker, retreat leader, and the founder of Stretch Your Spirit. Her career path began in 1980 in her mother’s school of gymnastics, teaching stretches and strength poses to young Special Olympians. Currently, she’s using her positive vibe and racy authenticity to speak to women all over the world on taboo topics, helping them feel more joyful, stable, and sexy.

Topics We Cover in This Episode:

  • The heartbreaking truth about how little we celebrate our wins
  • How to get back to feeling like yourself
  • Why your story is worth sharing
  • The key to thriving relationships in midlife
  • Why I no longer care what people think of me
  • Ways to instantly reconnect with yourself
  • The most important thing Julie learned about being vulnerable
  • One thing you’re doing that’s harming your body unnecessarily

Whether you’re looking for more connection with yourself or with other women in midlife, I hope this episode helps you find it. Human connection is so valuable and vulnerability is one of the fastest ways to get it. When we all get vulnerable about our struggles, we all feel less alone. Thanks for joining and supporting us as we get vulnerable with you.

You’re invited to my Culinary and Wellness Retreat this summer! From July 19th to 21st, immerse yourself in cooking demos, restorative yoga, hiking, and more. Join me and a private chef on a 300-acre farm to enjoy gourmet meals, reconnect with your inner self, and learn more about living your best life in midlife. Reserve your spot here!
