01: How to Find Balance with The Wheel of Life

Welcome to the first episode of the Midlife Rise + Thrive podcast. Are you ready to change the way you think about midlife?

If you’ve found this podcast, I’m guessing you’re looking for ways to improve your life. In this episode, we’re taking the first step.

So often we feel out of balance but we don’t know how to fix it or where to start. That’s where the Wheel of Life comes in. In this episode, I’m teaching you what the Wheel of Life is and how you can use it to assess your happiness in different areas of your life. Once you’ve done that, it’s a lot easier to pinpoint what needs to change.

Regardless of where you are on your journey, I’ve got you.

Topics We Cover in This Episode:

  • Reevaluating how you’re living your life
  • Trying to pinpoint what is making you feel out of balance
  • What the Wheel of Life is
  • How to bridge the gap between the life you are living and the life you want to live
  • Listening to your body and giving it what it needs
  • How to assess different areas of your life
  • Some questions to ask yourself as you reflect on your life
  • What to expect from future episodes of Midlife Rise + Thrive

Once you’ve done the Wheel of Life exercise, I want you to pick one area to focus on and just get started! Imperfect but consistent action leads to amazing results. I promise you you will not regret taking the first step.
